I have ordered with this company a few times and every experience was full off issues such as mismatched products a completely unsafe tank that was 138 bucks. And I had nothing but bad paintballs. Overall it’s just not worth the head ache and stress when there’s great company’s out there
I ordered $673 worth of equipment from ANSgear and the $30 trigger didn't work. It jammed my safety. I contacted them and asked about returning the trigger and they said it was a known issue and they would be happy to return the item, but I would have to pay for shipping and since I am on the East Coast, it may not be cost effective. Then they suggested that I sell the item locally. I might get more of my money back. Knowingly sell a defective item! Their best customer service advice was to sell a bad product to someone else and not tell them about it.
I told them I was unhappy about the situation and would at least like something for my trouble, even a sticker. They told me that they didn't have any promotional items at the time.
$673 order and they said screw you.

Sent us defective gear. Got the RMA from th assuring me we would get a full refund. They ended up charginge a restocking fee to return totally defective equipment. Having to file a complaint against them to get the rest of my money. The paintball arenas in our area all warned us to avoid them due to this practice of theirs. Save yourself a headache and buy from someone else.
Terrible customer service. They make the customer pay return shipping for faulty products they sell. Then they make you feel like its your own obscure personal preference that is the problem, not the product. Buyer beware.

Is there no quality control when they ship out their products? Out of the 10 items I purchased totaling about $400, I received my order all in one package and was missing 3 items! Now I have to chase them through emails etc to find out when I will be getting my stuff or a refund. I don't plan to buy here ever again. I'd rather pay more than to deal with this hassle or incompetence. Poorly run operations.
I have been waiting for more then 3 months now for my order and the only response I received on my refund request is that they will send the items when they receive it.
Service its horrible. Make 2 orders on december 22 and 1 order on january 3. First order recieved wrong items. Second order missing 2 times which one of them where on back order and the other was discontinued, where never recieved any kind of notification of that. Third order one of the items where out of stock. Never again buying from them. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you wanna have my same experience. Good luck!!
I canceled my orders and never to deal with them again, because they sent me someone else order. I was nice enough to call.. They sent me a email mail to drop off the package to my local post office with no return label! Lol.. It was a FedEx package. I told them.. On another order, You sent me under sized paintball pants which cost me $22.00 to return back to you! and now you ask me to drive out of my way with no return label to a place who didn't deliver it to my home. Up! It gets better! In the email they state: when they receive the package back that was not mine. Only then they will ship mine to me! I was floored! Told them to cancel my order.. Told them if you don't send a mail carrier to my home to pick up your package that was not mine, I don't care. I had to explain to them that FedEx sent it and you need to tell them to pick it up. You cost me 22.00 dollars to return something that was not marked correctly on your site and charged me to return it. I got my paintball pants some where else. Buyers be ware, any delivery that is wrong will cost you not them.. Holding my product as ransom is bullshi.. And I will not use them ever again.. No sorry they don't care..
Ordered over $400 worth of gear on September 10th. Said on website that everything was in stock. After they automatically took the money from my account, half of what I ordered isn't in stock. Still haven't received my order. Also there "customer service " hours aren't what is posted. Says 8 but no one answers until after 11.
Ansgear good place to get paintball stuff. Note for ansgear, do not ship through FedEx. My package has been sitting in Tracy, ca for 5 days now. All my experiences with FedEx has been terrible. They have lost my package a few times. From the driver getting to my door and couldn't find it from getting lost while in transit. Don't use fedex..
Paid for USPS Priority Shipping. AnsGear site clearly shows my zone and it should take no more than 3 days. They shipping it out, sent me a notice, but now it's taking 5 days and they blame it all on USPS. I paid $28 extra for nothing. I use USPS Priority all the time and it's 2-3 days, anywhere in the USA from my home in Texas. AnsGear Customer Service folks are rude, rude, rude and refuse to help. No way to escalate. Only way is through some generic email or chat. Buyer Beware. I'll send the Paint Ball guns back and never do business with them again.
